OVERVIEW

THE BRIEF
THE BRIEF > THE GAP > THE SOLUTION
Spring lifestyle campaign for a winter shoot window
Show the beauty of the location and the community living there
Support 4 print ads, a :30, and a :15
Explore stock as a placeholder until a live shoot could happen
THE PROBLEM
Existing assets were dated and generic
No lifestyle footage of people in the actual spaces
Budget ruled out a large-scale location shoot
Images had to be architecturally and location accurate, not stock
A spring lifestyle launch for a Georgia island community, scheduled into a winter shoot window. The numbers and the calendar wanted a different solution.
THE SOLUTION
AI-generated assets built to spec from a photo guide
Fictional talent cast through an AI workflow
Family bike ride placed on the actual Skidaway path
Golfers added to signature course locations
THE RESULT
Agency and client excited. Full campaign greenlit on AI Production
Final creative exceeded what a traditional shoot could deliver at this budget
Complete creative control over talent, wardrobe, lighting, and props
AI assets handed off for video post-production
“Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly stood out. We’ve already recommended them to others.”

CRAFT FIRST.
TOOLS SECOND.
Two decades behind the camera teaches you how to read a location, understand light, and make images that feel true to a place even when conditions aren't ideal. That craft foundation drove every decision on this project. Working from the Falls & Co. creative brief, the process looked the same as any other production. The pipeline handled the execution. The decisions behind it were cinematographer decisions.<div style="clear: both;"></div>

SCENE CONSTRUCTION
The brief from Falls & Co. was fully developed. Scenes, lifestyle moments, tone. The job was execution. Location reference came from a mix of existing photography and iPhone scouts, neither usable as finished work but together enough to build from. Specific holes, pathways, marsh views, and community spaces that needed to feel real and recognizable to anyone who knew the property.
Each scene required characters who felt native to the Landings community. The right age ranges, the right energy, the right coastal Georgia lifestyle credibility. Dozens of options generated and evaluated across multiple configurations before landing on final selects for each scene. Same process as working with a casting director, different tools.
With reference locked and cast selected, each scene was built from the ground up. Time of day, light quality and direction, atmosphere, how the environment frames the people in it. Every decision a cinematographer decision, made scene by scene across the full campaign.
This is a great quote about the project.
It takes up two lines.
