Generative AI Lifestyle Campaign : Falls & Co : The Landings Skidaway Island

THE CONDITIONS WERE NOT.

Falls & Co. was leading a visual refresh for The Landings, a private residential community on Skidaway Island outside Savannah. The existing imagery had aged out, no longer reflecting the lifestyle or reaching the buyers the community was targeting. New campaign-quality visuals were needed, and needed soon.

The timing wasn't right for a traditional production. Seasonal conditions on Skidaway Island meant the light, the landscape, and the overall feel wouldn't match the campaign vision for months. Waiting wasn't an option.

Location reference came from a mix of existing photography and iPhone scouts. Neither was usable as finished work, but together they gave enough to build from — specific holes, pathways, marsh views, and community spaces that needed to feel real and recognizable to anyone who knew the property.
